1-3/4" OD Heavy Duty Reusable Fluoropolymer Bailers and Components
Made of the most chemically Inert and non-contaminating materials available, FEP and PTFE. Contains no fillers or plasticizers, will not corrode or pit, is non-leaching, and complies with EPA regulations.
- Flexi-Bottom Design Resists Leaks - Precision machined ball-valve seat minimizes leakage. Precision ground PTFE check valve is self-cleaning, to minimize fouling. Ball check valve design provides superior seating in wells with high silt content.
- Interchangeable Parts - Mix and match parts make Jensen Inert Reusable Bailers ideal for both portable and dedicated applications. Various Top and Bottom options, as well as other accessories, allow you to expand and custom design your system to suit your individual needs.
- Easy To Clean - All components easily dissemble for thorough cleaning, and quickly reassemble, so more of your time can be spent sampling. Rounded threads eliminate sharp angles where contamination collects and can be difficult to remove.
- Sturdy Design - Jensen Inert Reusable Fluoropolymer Bailers are built withstand tough conditions encountered in the field. Bailer walls are 1/8" thick Clear FEP, which will not collapse or crack, even after repeated use. Tops are designed to resist weakening where the suspension cord is attached. Bottoms have extra material below the check valve to protect the ball and its seat from scratches, which could result in leaks. Bailers can rest upright with ball seated.
- Slim Outside Diameter - Your Jensen Inert Reusable Fluoropolymer Bailer will fit into virtually any 2" well shaft, due to its slim outside diameter of only 1-3/4".
- Quality Assurance - All components are precision machined for exact fit, eliminating costly extra seals. No oils or other lubricants are used in the manufacturing process. All bailers are leak tested, washed in phosphate free detergent and visually inspected prior to shipping.

Fluoropolymer Variable Flow Bottom For Fluoropolymer Reusable Bailers
Variable Flow Bottom Emptying Device is precision machined entirely of PTFE. Stopcock Valve detaches from Variable Flow Bottom Body during sample collection. After collecting sample, insert Stopcock Valve into Variable Flow Bottom Body and use stopcock handle to control sample flow from bottom of bailer into vial. Minimizes agitation and aeration. Ideal for VOC transfer.

Pressurized Heavy Duty Fluoropolymer Bailer System and Components Squeeze hand pump to pressurize bailer. The hand pump is designed to prevent over pressurization.
